The American University of the Caribbean, a private Christ-centered University located in Les Cayes, Haiti, is incorporated in Florida and Haiti. Our program focuses on academic excellence, honesty, and respect, and seeks to train future leaders for Haiti. AUC offers both Community Education and Degree Programs through the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, the College of Civil Engineering, and the Alice Richards School of Community Education. Enrollment averages 190 in five-year degree programs and 300 per semester in community education programs.  The University campus is also home to the Audubon Library located near the site of the birthplace of Naturalist Jean James Audubon.
